May 13, 2006: Spyhunter 2 E3 2003 Preshow ReportSpy Hunter 2 is the follow-up to 2001’s highly popular driving action game SpyHunter, and it will be shown at Midway’s E3 booth this year. The game is set to feature numerous gameplay improvements over its predecessor, as well as a host of new missions, enemies, and weapons. You will once again assume the role of Alec Sects, still fighting the evil forces of Nostra via your technologically advanced Interceptor. Now, however, Alec will have a partner in a sexy female agent whose background is shrouded in mystery. With the aid of this enigmatic agent and Leonie 2.0, an upgraded version of the Interceptor’s online computer, you will take on Nostra’s forces in fast-paced, action-packed driving combat...
Spy Hunter 2 will feature a brand-new G-8155 Interceptor, complete with upgraded transformations, snow and off-road capabilities, and a new advanced weapon and equipment system that allows you to customize the vehicle with weaponry to suit your personal style of play. Mario Hoops 3-on-3 Reviewed (Nintendo DS) FunnyGames, October 1, 2006Finding new sports for Mario Bros to take up is getting seriously tricky. Let's see what out favorite Italian stereotype has left to play, shall we? How about "Mario Angling"? That might be fun, but we'll save that one for the Wii-mote. "Donkey Kong Zorbing"? Nah, too much like Super Monkey Ball. Ok, got it: "Princess Peach Buzkashi Party". See how the word "party" makes it all seem more fun and accessible? ...
...One last problem in the presentation is how much time Super Mario Hoops spends in transition after every basket. It takes a while to load and skip replays, bogging down otherwise quick gameplay. After you've waited through your hundredth highlight, you'll want to just be able to turn replays off. And hey! Guess what? You can't.
But you can always turn on the "rent" option. Super Mario Bros Hoops is a decent, little game that's a bit too decent and way too little. It's good for a laugh or two, but it fails to capture the fast-paced fun factor of previous Mario sports titles. Super Mario Bros Caber Toss, here I come!

...The majority of this game is shooting. The visuals in this game are pretty impressive at times, but this one still winds up being a bore almost from the start. The action is just plain dull, and your enemies are about as stupid as they can get. Enemy soldiers rattle off the same stupid lines over and over, while the otherwise interesting music gets drowned out by the same rock tune every time a fight starts up...
...The game runs through a list of both old-school shooter and modern day action game stereotypes as well. From the Heaven/Hell story to fairly standard boss fights to my favorite part, the key-card hunting, you'll find that this one is highly derivative. Sure, the physics system and lighting and textures are pretty nice if you've got a PC to handle that stuff on, but they don't really do anything for the actual game. The story starts...
