Sega rolled out a Wii version of Super Monkey Ball recently, and we had a chance to check out all of the monkey madness using the system's motion-sensing remote and nunchaku. There's not much that looks different in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, but its feel adds a new layer of fun when controlling AiAi and friends.
In the single-player puzzle demo, tilting the remote sent AiAi rolling in the corresponding direction. Slightly pointing the remote down rolled him forward, leaning it to the right or left initiated a turn, and adjusting it to the ceiling slowed him down and eventually sent him backwards. Ridge Racer 7 Game FunnyGames, September 5, 2006Although no official launch date has been set, odds are that Bandai Namco Game's next Ridge Racer title will be one of the PlayStation 3's launch titles. The game reunites the team of director Masaya Kobayashi and associate producer Hideo Teramoto that gave us Ridge Racers for the PSP and Ridge Racer 6 on the Xbox 360. The September 15 issue of Weekly Famitsu provided a few details on some of the new modes of play that will be found in the Ridge Racer 7.
The meat of the game in the single-player experience will be the sprawling Ridge State Grand Prix. Set in the fictional nation of Ridge State, the player will begin as an unknown racer, but will gradually earn fame, new machines, and customization parts by winning races and building ties with manufacturers. The mode will have 44 courses, including mirror courses, and will span roughly 160 individual races.

Not that we were the least bit worried that we'd seen the last of Unreal Tournament, but finally seeing the next game in the franchise up and running really set our hearts aflutter. Along with the updated name come a brand new engine, new game modes, new weapons, new characters, and plenty more ways to blow up your friends...
...When we last saw Unreal Tournament 2007, it was looking pretty damn slick. Smooth graphics, tons of explosions, nifty new weapons. We had very little qualms with the game. Over the past year, it's clear that a lot more work has gone into the game, as it's looking better than ever...
