Need for Speed ProStreet Review (PSP)
It has been a little over three months since Need for Speed ProStreet hit consoles, and now it has finally made its way to the PlayStation Portable. Sort of. The only thing the two versions have in common is their name. The PSP incarnation, unfortunately...
...ProStreet is light on game modes. You can play a quick race, start a career, or play wirelessly via ad hoc or online. We were never able to find more than three people online at a time, and none of them ever wanted to play. Career mode contains the bulk of what little value the game has...
++Good: 32 different cars. Cars show and react to damage.
--Bad: Career mode is nothing more than a succession of races. Controls are terrible. Extremely poor sense of speed. Race types are nothing special.

Painkiller: Hell Wars review FunnyGames, August 7, 2006...The single player game takes you through the best missions from the PC game and the expansion pack, and should take you a healthy amount of time to blow through. There's even some replay value, thanks to secret "Dark Tarot" cards that unlock new powers and upgrades.
As far as mindless FPS games go, Painkiller: Hell Wars isn't a bad pickup. It's only 30 bucks, and for folks that haven't picked up the 360, it's one of the few new FPS games you'll be seeing for some time.

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories - PS2 FunnyGames, July 18, 2006Before hot coffee scalded the stock price of Rockstar and ailing parent Take 2, it seemed
Grand Theft Auto could do no wrong...
But we finally saw a crack in the, well, crack when the series shifted to the PSP in the original Liberty City Stories. With gameplay stuck somewhere between GTA III and Vice City, it was the first game that didn't do anything new, instead offering a nice, safe tour through a familiar locale. We marveled at the technological effort and excused the lack of innovation since, hot damn, this was a full-fledged GTA running on a little PSP...
