Review: Doom Xbox live Arcade
In a bit of a shocking announcement, Microsoft announced just this week that Doom would be hitting Xbox Live Arcade, well, instantly. In the same way that Steve Jobs announces a new iPod and they're in stores right away, Doom was ready and waiting for folks to download it on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
The classic PC game is the first FPS to hit Live Marketplace, and it's definitely one of the more polished titles on the service, offering up all the old school gory gameplay you remember, along with some nifty new extras...
...Thankfully, you get a lot more than just the single-player. Doom allows for people to hop on Live and play online co-op (through all the single-player levels) or deathmatch (through all the classic DM maps). Full Auto 2 racing game on PSP FunnyGames, November 13, 2006...Like its console counterpart, Full Auto 2 is a racing car combat game featuring vehicles outfitted with various weapons. Gamers will race around 15 fully destructible environments in a car race to see who can finish first in one piece.
The single-player race game version features 56 events, and multiplayer modes include a variety of modes, including Down & Back, Head-On and Arena Deathmatch. Also carrying over from the console version is the unwreck feature. This feature allows Auto 2 gamers to reverse time and have a second chance at maintaining their safe driver's insurance discount.
Full Auto 2: Battlelines for the PS3 will be ready for the console's North American launch on November 17. Full Auto 2 Battlelines for the PSP has not yet been rated or priced.

Call of Duty 3 preview FunnyGames, July 18, 2006... Apart from the single-player, we did get a glimpse of what to expect for the multiplayer. Unlike CoD2, which was pretty straightforward FPS fare, CoD3 features a much more robust multiplayer component. One of the biggest differences is the addition of vehicles, from jeeps and buggies to tanks and APCs. While the game focuses mostly on street-to-street battles, you can also expect to see a few maps that are much more open, allowing you to go head to head with other vehicles. Of course, there are also infantry-only maps, for all you nostalgists out there.
