Funny News: Xbox Live Arcade Update
February 27, 2007: Xbox Live Arcade UpdateIt has been weeks since anyone's paid attention to Xbox Live Arcade. Unless you're a hardcore fan of twenty-year-old remakes or add-on packs for expensive puzzle games, there's not been a whole lot to keep you occupied. Since Heavy Weapon, consider the release list the service has seen: Ms Pac-Man, Lumines Live Puzzle/Mission pack, Nothing, Root Beer Tapper, Paperboy, Nada. Not exactly gangbusters for Microsoft...
...This week MS announced several upcoming titles to assure that Xbox Live Arcade won't be quiet forever. EA is supporting the service with a new Wing Commander game and a rhythm game called Boom Boom Rocket. There's also the much anticipated release of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and the rumored release of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game...

Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords Review FunnyGames, April 19, 2006Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords is a sequel to Stardock's hit turn-based strategy game that is set in the 23rd century. The player takes on the role of leader of a space faring civilization and must guide their race into the galaxy using traditional "4X" gameplay style of exploring the universe, expanding your empire, exploiting your rivals, and exterminating your enemies. Playing as either one of the ten predefined races or by creating your own, your goal is to become the supreme ruler of the entire galaxy.
Right from the opening screens you're presented with the ability to create the gaming experience that you prefer. You'll have options to start a new custom sandbox-type mode, take on the story behind Galactic Civilization II: Dread Lords in the campaign mode, or...
Full Auto 2 racing game on PSP FunnyGames, November 13, 2006
...Like its console counterpart, Full Auto 2 is a racing car combat game featuring vehicles outfitted with various weapons. Gamers will race around 15 fully destructible environments in a car race to see who can finish first in one piece.
The single-player race game version features 56 events, and multiplayer modes include a variety of modes, including Down & Back, Head-On and Arena Deathmatch. Also carrying over from the console version is the unwreck feature. This feature allows Auto 2 gamers to reverse time and have a second chance at maintaining their safe driver's insurance discount.
Full Auto 2: Battlelines for the PS3 will be ready for the console's North American launch on November 17. Full Auto 2 Battlelines for the PSP has not yet been rated or priced.
